Each printed certificate is created for the exact item you purchased and includes: Certificate Holder, Brand, Material, Identifier, Certificate Issue Date, a product image, and a unique QR code you can scan to verify the certificate and item details.

Who is listed as the Certificate Holder?
The Certificate Holder name on every certificate is Diletto, the sourcing company that issued the certificate.

Where are your items sourced from?
Our inventory is sourced from Japan, a country known for strict regulations around resale and counterfeit goods. Licensed secondhand businesses operate under strong consumer protection and enforcement, helping establish one of the most trusted resale markets for luxury items worldwide.

Are secondhand luxury goods from Japan safe to purchase?
Yes. Japan has strict laws and strong enforcement surrounding counterfeit and fraudulent resale goods. This level of regulation and oversight helps create confidence within the pre-loved luxury market. We combine this sourcing with third-party authentication you can verify yourself.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Because these are pre-loved and authenticated goods, all sales are final. We encourage reviewing all product photos, condition notes, and measurements, and emailing us with any questions before purchasing.

What condition are your bags in?
Each item is graded by condition with detailed notes for exterior, interior, corners, handles, straps, and hardware. Any visible wear is described in the listing and shown clearly in product photos.

What accessories are included?
You will receive only the accessories listed in the product description. If not listed, the accessory is not included.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking is sent to the email provided at checkout once your label is created.

Standard tracked shipping is $9.99 within the United States.
Orders of $500+ qualify for free tracked shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States.

No major restoration is performed. We never alter items in a way that would misrepresent condition. Each piece is listed exactly as shown.
