Before completing checkout, we encourage every customer to:

  • Read the full product description, including wear notes and included accessories

  • Ask any questions prior to purchasing

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, misunderstandings, or minor signs of prior use, as these details are clearly documented on each listing.

Opulent Provenance stands behind the authenticity of every item we sell.
If any item purchased from us is ever determined to be non-authentic by a reputable, verifiable third-party authentication service, we will issue a full refund.

To initiate an authenticity review, the customer must provide:

  1. A written determination from a recognized authentication service

  2. Clear supporting documentation or evidence

We will thoughtfully and fairly evaluate all claims. If confirmed, the order will be fully refunded, including shipping.
